Ship the whole thing
01Design, engineering, and delivery work as one team. The people who plan the work are the people who ship it.

Cloudradical / Index
We build web platforms, mobile products, and AI workflows for teams that need software they can operate. One accountable team from architecture to launch.
How we work
Cloudradical started in 2019. We wanted to work on software where the people who understood the problem also had a hand in building the solution.
That is still how we work. One principal engineer owns the engagement from the first architecture sketch to the release. Design sits in the same stand-up as backend. Delivery sits inside the team.
We take on a limited number of engagements each year. That keeps senior people in the room and gives every client a team that finishes what it starts.
At a glance
Counted since 2019. Every one of them is a launch we can walk you through.
Timeline
Each one built on the last.
Cloudradical begins as a two-person platform team rebuilding a treasury dashboard for a regional bank.
We place a cross-functional squad inside a healthcare provider and start treating delivery as part of the product.
Our first retrieval workflow ships in production with a human review step and an evaluation suite.
The 500th project ships. We still review every architecture decision ourselves.
FoodRuk, Taxziy, Lurebon, RevGarage, and our school platform become products. The studio stays deliberately small.
Principles
Written down, not implied. They decide how the work gets done when nobody is watching.
Design, engineering, and delivery work as one team. The people who plan the work are the people who ship it.
We put a number on every decision. If we cannot measure the result, it stays in the backlog.
We use proven infrastructure for the foundation. The product can be ambitious; the deployment pipeline should be predictable.
Every project ends with documentation, runbooks, and a team that can run the system without us.
Next step
Tell us the constraint. A senior engineer will reply with a clear next step.
