Each answer stands on its own. If you only read one, read the first in the section that matches your problem this week.

Working with us

How quickly can we start?

Discovery starts after a short scoping call. For urgent work we can run a paid technical assessment in parallel while contracts are finalised, so the architecture work begins in the first week.

Do you work with in-house teams?

Yes. Most of our best work happens alongside a client team. We bring architecture, delivery experience, and specialist capacity to your existing engineers, designers, and product people.

Who owns the code and the decisions?

You own the code, the infrastructure, and every architecture decision record. We hand over repositories, credentials, runbooks, and documentation at the end of each project.

Can you maintain what you build?

Yes. Operate engagements cover service levels, on-call, upgrades, and roadmap planning. Some clients keep us long term. Others take over after launch. Both are fine.

What does a typical project cost?

Fixed-scope builds usually start in the mid five figures. Embedded teams work on an agreed retainer. We agree the outcome first and will tell you when a smaller project is the better answer.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can work under your NDA or provide ours. The same team that runs your project handles security questionnaires and vendor reviews.

Websites

What makes a website load in under a second?

Small JavaScript bundles, images sized to the device, server rendering for the first view, and a content delivery network close to the visitor. We measure on a real phone, not office wifi.

Why does page speed affect revenue?

A page that takes four seconds reads like a business that takes four days to reply. Slow checkout and enquiry flows lose buyers before they reach the payment or contact step.

Can our team edit the site without developers?

Yes. We build on a headless CMS or a structured content model so prices, copy, and pages can be changed by your team. A developer is not needed for routine updates.

How do you make a site findable by Google and AI assistants?

We write real content, use semantic HTML, add structured data, and keep pages readable without JavaScript. Search engines and assistants can only repeat what you have written down.

Do you build e-commerce and member portals?

Yes. We build commerce, portals, and internal systems on top of a shared architecture, with checkout and enquiry flows measured end to end.

What do you check before launch?

Speed on a real phone, accessibility, the money path counted end to end, and publishing by your team without raising a ticket.

Mobile apps

Do you build for both iOS and Android?

Yes. We build native iOS and Android apps, and cross-platform apps with React Native or Flutter when one codebase is the right answer.

Who owns the app store accounts?

You do. We handle submission, review, and release, but the store accounts stay in your name.

Can an app work offline?

Yes. We design offline-first flows where the work continues on a train or in a warehouse and syncs when connectivity returns.

How do you measure app quality after launch?

Crash rates, retention, and funnels are reported monthly. We use the numbers to decide what to improve next.

AI assistants and automation

What does an AI assistant actually do?

It reads your own documents, answers the six questions that make most of your inbox in seconds, and passes the rest to a person with the conversation already attached.

Does the assistant guess when it does not know?

No. It answers from the documents you give it and says plainly when something is not there. Uncertain questions are logged for a human.

Can it take irreversible actions on its own?

No. Refunds, cancellations, and anything hard to undo wait for a person you name. Every action is logged where your team can read it.

How do you test an assistant before it goes live?

It drafts replies first. You approve the tone and the limits, then it goes live. Every week it sends you the questions it could not answer.

Where can an assistant answer?

In the window your customer already wrote from: your website, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or your mobile app. One assistant, not four separate tools.

What is the first step to automate?

Pick the three questions your best person answers every day that never needed a human. We read a month of tickets and agree which ones are worth automating first.

How does automation stay safe?

Every automation has one trigger, one owner, and one number to hit. There is always a switch, a log, and a person who knows both exist.

Delivery and security

How does a request move through your system?

Capture, ground, plan, approve, act, audit. Irreversible actions stop for a named human. Inputs, context, model version, and the resulting write are stored as one immutable trace.

How quickly do you ship changes?

Visible increments at every review, with a working demo. Architecture decisions are made early and documented so the team can operate the system after launch.

What changed about security with AI?

Phishing now reads properly, voices are cheap to fake, exploits arrive in hours, and leaked passwords are tried in bulk. Defences have to move faster than before.

What should a business do about it?

Use passkeys or multi-factor authentication, shrink the update window, verify money twice with a callback, and alert on the unusual rather than the busy.

Do you check code for security issues?

Yes. Every change we ship is checked against known security holes before it goes out, and one named person can roll it back within minutes.

How do you handle data and retention?

Every conversation and action is logged where your team can read it, not on a vendor dashboard. Traces are retained for seven years for regulated work.

Products

What products do you run in production?

FoodRuk for food delivery, Taxziy for transport, Lurebon for hiring, RevGarage for workshop operations, and a school management system. All are built and operated by the same team.

Can a product run in our cloud?

Yes. Products run in your cloud or ours, with an export path for every integration and documentation for handover.

How are products different from custom builds?

Products start from a working system and are configured to your workflow. Custom builds start from your specific requirements. Both share the same architecture and operations model.
